About designer Naim Collins
Native of Wilmington, Delaware (USA). I am an emerging entrepreneur, designer and founder of KaVod Collection a luxury brand of clothing and footwear. I started this brand with absolutely no money and any entrepreneurial knowledge. I later realized a dream of becoming a first generational entrepreneur in my entire family. I wanted to created a brand luxury line shoe brand that will empower someone to walk in the full representation that makes them one-of-a-kind, important, distinct that will gain honor and respect. I grew up on welfare and public assistance as young black man with a dream and vision who had challenges with fatherlessness, poverty and life in the streets. I wanted to design shoes that will empower each wearer to fully express, represent and fashion themselves in the way God created them. We were made to be royal. KaVod Collection name is inspired by its very meaning in Hebrew which means glory, honor, respect, distinction and royalty. Where regal meets urban fashion.
