Photographic material and banners were published on a fashion magazine of undisputed level as Vanity Fair.
The photos of the designer of the brand were the background for the music section of the magazine.
Specific banners featuring the shoes’ design—vertical and horizontal—appeared in the most important articles of the week.
The weeklong appearances provided great visibility for the brand.
About the brand and style of GEMS
Diamond GEMS are a white revised skater easy low-top silhouette style shoe, and a lace front closure. These shoes are made with full leather uppers, with white cotton laces. Window box name tags appear on the outer side of the foot, and tongues also contain window box branded tags. Outsoles are a stylish sliver metallic finish, with herringbone sole bottoms. Birthstones are often worn as jewelry or as a pendant. GEMS are changing the game, now you can wear your birthstone colors on your feet! GEMS "We ROCK'EM".
An Idea and a Design by Gregory Amos
Gregory Amos is a North Carolina native, and currently resides in Richmond Virginia. He is a 1998 graduate from North Carolina A&T State University with a BS in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Manufacturing Systems. After spending nearly 20 years in Corporate America, as a Staff Engineer, Gregory decides to voluntarily leave a very fruitful and prosperous career in 2016. He’s now dedicating his energy and efforts full-time as a multi-talented musician, songwriter, record producer, and entrepreneur. Gregory has always had a passion for great shoes. While at North Carolina A&T State University he worked at a local athletic retail store as a Shoe Sales Tech. While there Amos developed his knowledge in shoeology design, materials, and performance. On January 8th, 2020 Gregory was presented with an opportunity to join the AliveShoes Team as a Designer, and 48 hours later VOILA GEMS was birth! As a man of great faith Gregory credits this development as a "God Idea"! His knowledge obtained while working as a Sales Tech for 3 years, and then later as a Staff Packaging Engineer for one of the top consumer goods & packaging manufacturers for 19 years, all provided the necessary skills for success!
